The store carries more than 500,000 products with prices ranging from Rs.1 to Rs. 150,000 In addition to the recently organized departments, the store carries groceries, candies, cosmetics, electronics, crockery, and hosiey. All kinds of Products, staples, best sellers and in fashion items are kept in the store. The store display and front is changed every week. Business starts at 10:00 a.m abd shutters are pulled down ar 11:30 p.m. Sunday is the off day.
The store operates on a self service basis. Customers from upper and upper middle class come here to shop and on the average spend 30 to 50 minutes per visit. Customer comments and employee's observations are communicated regulaly to management.
